Hoarding Clean-up Services

A big thanks to Dean and Sharon at Deceased Estate Sydney for their work helping us clean up my sick father’s home. Not only did they do a very thorough job, they were also compassionate and level-headed when we had some problems with my father experiencing some distress with the big life changes he was going through. They also priced the job competitively. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

I can’t thank you and your team enough for the work you completed this past week at our Mum’s place. Facing moving over 50 years of accumulated stuff was completely overwhelming for our family. We simply did not have the equipment, nor the time to get the job done alone. It was your mention on the ‘Home Improvement Pages’ of the fact that you deal with hoarding and rubbish problems that made me contact you. I appreciated very much the time you took to listen to me describe the job, the situation and the family’s feelings when I first rang you. Throughout all of our dealings with you I found you to be honest, sincere and trustworthy. You demonstrated a true understanding of the emotional struggle a family faces when dealing with problems as large as this.

The fact that you dealt with a HUGE rubbish removal job with such sensitivity, understanding and good humour helped my family cope with a very difficult task. The job was exhausting, yet you turned up day after day and worked tirelessly. You have not only removed over 50 years of rubbish, you have changed life for our Mum and us. To know that we can put her place on the market now and move her into a smaller, safer, more comfortable home for the rest of her years has given us all such peace of mind. For others who are in the same situation, no matter how large or small they think the problem might be, I cannot recommend you highly enough.

Thanks so much for all your efforts over the Christmas/New Year period. You cleared and cleaned out the property with such efficiency and effectiveness. Nothing was a problem. You provided a “one-stop shop” when it came to the services you provided – apart from everything you did, it was of great assistance that you could take the furniture that we wished to keep to our home many kilometres away and the balance to charities. The fact that you provided gardening and painting services was a further bonus to us. The level of cleaning that you carried out was exemplary – the agent even commented about the high quality of the works that had been undertaken to effect a vacant property. We were also mindful of the extremely hot weather during that period which never deterred yourself and Sharon. Others, we are sure, would have wearied, you guys just persevered. We were so very lucky to find your business and have already recommended you to a number of people. We will certainly be using only your business in the future if the circumstances present themselves. We are greatly indebted to you all.
